This page will assist you if you are attempting to apply for a License key having already made an upgrade purchase but do not have internet access in order to apply for a license key automatically.
If you have purchased and registered a previous version of True Connect, or, you have Purchased and Registered True Connect Lite the Register dialog will look similar to the following:

In order to upgrade your license key to the current version of True Connect press the Upgrade button. You will receive a message stating an attempt will be made to use the Internet to contact the Registration Server. Press OK to continue.

If a connection cannot be established with the Registration Server then the following dialog will be presented.

The Registration Server may not be accessible for the following reasons:
If you click OK to the above dialog you will be returned to the Registration dialog to try the registration process again. However, if you do not have an internet connection or your firewall is blocking this request then an alternative method of registration has been provided. Press the email button. The following message will be displayed:

Pressing the email button will capture all the necessary information required to obtain a license key and place this information into the PC Clipboard.
Create a new email message To: register@raspberrysoftware.com with a Subject of "True Connect Registration Data". In the main body of the mail message perform an Edit - Paste to place the contents of the clipboard into the mail message. Your mail message should look something similar to the following:

Press Send to send the email and shortly you will receive an email with your License Key. Return to the Configuration Manager "General" and press the Register button. Now enter your License Key into the data entry fields provided.

Once the key has been entered press the Enter key. True Connect will validate the key and report the key has been accepted.

If your key has not been accepted please verify the key you have entered matches exactly what you received in the email.
