Prerequisites
Before installing True Connect please ensure the following:
  1. You are using a PC operating system supported by True Connect. See Supported Platforms.
  2. You are using a device operating system supported by True Connect. See Supported Platforms.
  3. ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Centre is installed on the target PC.
  4. You have Administrator rights on the PC on which you are installing True Connect.
  5. You are not breaching the terms and conditions of the use of this product. The terms and conditions are detailed at the start of the installation process.
  6. You are the legitimate owner of the software or are using a trial version.
You are now ready to install True Connect.
